SOPHIA STREETE-SMALLS, MD
Dr. Streete-Smalls was born in Hanover, Jamaica WI. She migrated to the United States at the age of 16 and is a graduate of Andrew Jackson High School.
Dr. Streete-Smalls graduated from the State University of New York School of Medicine at Buffalo, New York in 1998.
Dr. Streete-Smalls completed her residency at Mount Sinai School of Medicine, Family Practice Program at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center in Jamaica, NY from 1998 to 2001.
